Welcome to CAERSU - Inclusion Support Agency (ISA)
The Childcare Access and Equity Resource Support Unit (CAERSU) Inclusion Support Agency is part of the Inclusion and Professional Support Program. Our aim is to promote and maintain high quality care and inclusion for all children in Child Care Services.
Agency staff, known as Inclusion Support Facilitators, will assist child care service staff and care providers to build their skill base and capacity to create an inclusive environment for all children including those with additional needs.
Inclusion Support Facilitators offer assistance to Child Care Services to access a variety of services including resources, training, specialist equipment, bicultural support as well as the Inclusion Support Subsidy or Flexible Support Funding.
If the Child Care Service requires specific support from the Inclusion Support Agency to include a particular child/ren into the care environment, then the parent/guardians permission is required. This permission allows the service to provide information to the ISA from other relevant agencies. The Child Care Service must obtain this permission before the ISA can commence support.
The information given to the Inclusion Support Facilitator is to assist with the inclusion of your child/ren in their care environment. All information provided will be treated in a strictly confidential manner.
